Torn muscle fibres sideline Oliver Kirch for three weeks
Bad luck for Oliver Kirch. The midfielder tore muscle fibres during Saturday's 2-0 friendly victory over Spanish side Real Betis in Wuppertal and will now be sidelined with the injury for approximately three weeks.
The 32-year-old had earlier scored BVB's second goal of the match to make it 2-0.
Erik Durm and Neven Subotic are still on individual training programmes, while Ilkay Gündogan has recovered from a cold and is training normally. (br)
