Felix Passlack started the "Humba" tune, the players, the Head Coach and the coaching staff were dancing on the pitch: Borussia's U19 has won the West-German Championship with a clear 6-0 victory against MSV Duisburg and for the first time in seven years they have qualified for the final round for the German Championship.

The opponent in the semi-final on Tuesday, 10.May (kick-off 20:00 hrs) will be the second placed South Champion, which will probably be TSV Munich 1860, who lost to TSG Hoffenheim by 0-5 on the second last match day of the Bundesliga South and they were knocked off first place in the league. The match will be played in the Signal Iduna Park and the entrance is free.

BVB pro Julian Weigl also enjoyed the show by the young Borussia players against MSV. The team around captain Til Schumacher combined masterfully for stretches of the game and they wouldn't let the Duisburg defensive style nor their partly exaggerated physical approach affect the way they played.

Hannes Wolf's team lead by Felix Passlack, Christian Pulisic and Dzenis Burnic made a great impression with their disciplined passing game and their positioning. The football coach was happy about the definite improvement of everyone involved compared to last week and he said: "you could tell in training in the last few days what the performance was going to be like. We got back our freshness and enjoyed playing again just at the right time. The boys are having a great season."

Felix Passlack replaced Janni Luca Serra in the centre of attack, who was suffering from an illness. Passlack opened the scoring in the training centre in Brackel in the 24.minute with a header. Jan Philipp Binias increased the score to 2-0 before the break. The only Duisburg chance came from a penalty, that was easily saved by Dominik Reimann. In the second half the Dortmund attack really put its foot down. Dzenis Burnic (2), Jacob Bruun Larsen and Christian Pulisic all scored to make it half a dozen for Dortmund. Wilfried Wittke
