"It's a change in my life, but I'm looking forward to it." Marc Bartra may have moved from Barcelona to Borussia Dortmund, but the model athlete is not having any problems adapting. "It's easy for me to adapt," he said as he gave his first BVB press conference on Thursday.

Marc Bartra on his first impressions at BVB:
"I'm absolutely delighted that Borussia Dortmund showed such interest in me; it makes me feel very proud. I feel I'm up to the task and I'm taking on the challenge. It's a change in my life, but I'm looking forward to it."

...on the possession-based football at Barcelona and Borussia:
"It's never difficult once you've left a club like Barcelona. It's easy for me to adapt. With both Barcelona and the Spanish national team, I had a similar style of play to the one we have now at Dortmund."

...on his prospects of playing:
"Just like in Barcelona, there are very good players here. There must always be competition for places. It ensures that we give our very best. BVB are a top club. I want to win enough trust to get a place in the team. Thomas Tuchel gave me self-confidence when we talked and really made me feel like I belong here. I want to continue my development here."
