Our U23s will resume their Regionalliga West campaign on Saturday (kick-off 14:00 CET) following a 14-day break. For their opponents, it will already be their seventh match of the season.

But it will only be the fifth league outing of the season for the Black & Yellows, who nonetheless boast an impressive record of three victories and one draw from their four previous matches this term. They therefore go into this weekend's clash with third-placed SV Rödinghausen having yet to taste defeat in the 2017/18 campaign.

The visitors have already amassed 11 points from their first six matches. SV Rödinghausen's trip to the Stadion Rote Erde will see a familiar face return to Dortmund: Nico Knystock plied his trade with Borussia until 2016. However, his first trip back to his former club last year did not go according to plan, with Neven Subotic firing the U23s to a 1-0 victory courtesy of a late strike.

The kick-off will be at 14:00 CET, with the stadium gates opening from 12:30 CET. (tl)
