New day, same weather... On Wednesday, Borussia Dortmund’s players were again forced to start their training day indoors due to the continuing rain. This time, they used the local curling club's facility.

After strengthening and stabilisation exercises, the Black n Yellows eventually got out onto the pitch to train in front of their fans braving the cold, wet weather. “We don’t mind the weather much when we are on the pitch, but I feel very sorry for our fans here,” said Jürgen Klopp.

On BVB’s second day of training camp in the Kitzbuhel Alps, the Dortmund coach was able to call on the services of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Jonas Hofman again, while Nuri Sahin (knee injury) as well as Ilkay Gündogan and Jakub Blaszczykowski continued to work on their individual programmes.

Next up on the agenda is the second World Cup semi-final which the team will watch together at the team hotel on Wednesday night.
