We would like to inform you about the ticket allocation practice for wheelchair users.

The good news first: Of course, it is possible to order a wheelchair user ticket for a BVB home game including a ticket for an accompanying person! Since we unfortunately only have a few day tickets, but the demand has increased immensely in recent years, we have decided to introduce an online lottery procedure to all interested parties for reasons of fairness. In this way we want to ensure that as many fans as possible are taken into account and thus the chance of an individual ticket allocation increases significantly.

We ask for your understanding that, in order to ensure equal opportunities, we will allocate a maximum of one ticket per half series to each applicant.

To take part in the raffle, simply enter your personal details and upload both sides of your disabled person's pass. In order to get a wheelchair user ticket, the "aG" mark is required on the disabled person's pass.

This works as follows: You need two cell phones, you take a picture of the front side, put the cell phone with the picture (up) on the table. You then put the back side in front of it, you also take a picture of it, you can then upload it.

In the course of implementing the GDPR, we decided to keep the known procedure. We save the partially sensitive data separately and only for the period necessary for registration and raffle/allocation. Unfortunately, this means that data must be entered repeatedly in the event of repeated participation. The alternative would have involved registration constraints, which we did not consider appropriate. The privacy policy contains further details on data protection.
