Next Saturday, the BVB U23s will play their first match in the 3. Liga as they take on FSV Zwickau. The match will kick off at 14:00 CET in the GGZ Arena, and the stadium will open its doors at 12:00 CET. Fan representative Benedikt Watermeier, along with Johannes Bagus and Florian Hansing from Fan-Projekt Dortmund e. V. will be in Zwickau to help on Saturday.

Directions:

We recommend that all BVB fans supporting our U23s in the stadium arrive by car and expressly ask you to use the designated away car park (Lise-Meitner-Str., 08066 Zwickau) at the GGZ Arena. The away stand is within walking distance from the car park. Parking will cost €3. Please avoid the home areas.

Stadium:

All visitors to the game will only be allowed access to the stadium if they have had a negative test within one day (from Friday 12:00 CET), have been fully vaccinated or have recovered from Covid-19. There will only be one emergency test station with low test capacity set up for the away stand. FSV Zwickau therefore asks that all visitors to the away stand organise the necessary tests in advance themselves. In the stadium, a medical mask, covering the mouth and nose, must be worn. You can remove your mask once you reach your allocated space.

At the entrance, your ticket, ID and "GGG" documents (tested, vaccinated, recovered), will be checked. Therefore, please keep the relevant documents ready and arrive at the stadium early as longer waiting times are possible. The tickets are personalised and are not transferable to other persons.

The away stand for BVB fans is located in block "D". Only standing room is available in the away stand.  Please note that access to the home area when wearing fan merchandise of the away side is not permitted. In this case, admission will be denied even if you have a valid ticket.

The following fan merchandise is allowed:

  • Small swivel flags with a pole up to 2 metres in length
  • 5 swivel flags with a pole up to 2 metres in length
  • 2 megaphones
  • 2 drums
  • Two-poled banner with poles up to 2 metres in length
  • Fence-mounted flags and banners (must not be hung higher than 1.50 metres)
  • Signs containing writing will be checked for discriminatory content

Digital cameras for private use can be taken into the stadium.

Backpacks and large bags cannot be taken into the stadium. There is a drop-off point near the away stand. Items can be stored free of charge, but no liability is assumed for items stored. FSV Zwickau nevertheless asks you to leave backpacks in the cars where possible, as storage space is limited.

We wish you a good journey!
