Chants of "Spitzenreiter, Spitzenreiter, hey, hey" ("League leaders, league leaders, hey, hey") rang around the Rote Erde after the final whistle: the Borussia Dortmund women had moved back into pole position in the Kreisliga A thanks to a 15-0 (7-0) win over BV Teutonia Lanstrop. BVB coach Thomas Sulewski was delighted with his team's display as they made it three wins from three. "Climbing to the top of the table is exactly what we wanted. We deserved to win by this margin too. I'm totally satisfied."

The Borussia Dortmund women took the lead as early as the second minute when Annika Billig raced through and converted with a low effort. Hannah Goosmann gave the 581 Dortmund fans at Stadion Rote Erde further reason to cheer only three minutes later by driving the ball into the net from the edge of the penalty area. A no-less spectacular strike followed as Vanessa Heim curled the ball into the far corner from a narrow angle on the left – 3-0. Lilli Prinzen was then on hand to add another from close range following a corner in the 16th minute. Borussia pinned the visitors back into their own half and never allowed them to get going. Following another corner, Marina Jung added to the scoring to make it 5-0. Goosmann then made it 6-0 four minutes before the break following brilliant work by Vanessa Heim. Annika Herbig rounded off the first-half scoring on 45 minutes with an unbelievable long-range effort to make it 7-0. BVB produced a strong and focused performance in the first period, and the margin of their lead was merited too.

Four minutes after the restart, Goosmann completed her hat-trick when she converted a lovely cross from Luisa Bergmann. But that was not to be the end of the scoring for Goosmann, who added a ninth on 52 minutes. Heim made it double digits on 55 minutes, before the outstanding Goosmann took the lead to 11-0 three minutes later. In the 61st minute, Billig rounded off a lovely solo run with her second goal of the day. Lau, who had come on shortly before, then sent the Rode Erde into raptures as the lead was extended to 13-0 in the 64th minute. Goosmann subsequently took her personal tally for the day to half a dozen from a matter of metres out six minutes from time, before Virginia Glänzer (86) rounded off the scoring in an entertaining game with a goal that made it 15-0. "We never left our positions and played exactly the way we set out to," was coach Sulewski's conclusion.
