Two Black & Yellows, Raphael Guerreiro and Jude Bellingham, have reached the quarter-finals of the World Cup. With Bellingham having already fired England to a 3-0 victory over Senegal on Sunday, Guerreiro followed suit on Tuesday evening and got himself on the scoresheet too as Portugal ran out 6-1 winners against Switzerland and Gregor Kobel.

The Portuguese left-back scored with a well-placed left-footed shot to put his country 4-0 ahead in the 55th minute. The assist was provided by Goncalo Ramos, who scored a hat-trick against the Swiss (17, 51, 57). Pepe (33) and Rafael Leao (90+2) also got the better of Switzerland shot-stopper Yann Sommer, who started in place of our Gregor Kobel. The BVB goalkeeper had made his World Cup debut in the final group game against Serbia.

Guerreiro and Portugal will continue their campaign with a quarter-final against Morocco on Saturday (10/12, 16:00 CET). A few hours later, Jude Bellingham and the Three Lions will take on reigning champions France (20:00 CET).
