Ingo Preuß, the sporting director of Borussia Dortmund's U23s, has announced an exciting new signing for the coming season: 19-year-old Moritz Broschinski will join the BVB reserves from Energie Cottbus for two years.

The 1.88m-tall right footer feels equally comfortable on the right side of attack and in the centre. He has made 23 appearances for the Brandenburg outfit this term, notching six goals and eight assists. Even while an U19 player last season, he made 10 appearances for the Cottbus senior side in the third division. He has been in the club's youth ranks since 2012 and first caught the attention of BVB scouts at youth level. "I'm delighted that Moritz, a talented and physical No. 9, has decided to join us and wants to fulfil his huge potential with us," said a delighted Ingo Preuß of the transfer.
