Borussia Dortmund suffered three new injuries in the 2-0 win in Stuttgart on Friday.
Midfielder Gio Reyna, who had to be substituted in the opening minutes of the match, suffered a muscle and tendon injury. The season is now over for the US international.
Centre-back Mats Hummels, who could not continue after half-time, will miss several weeks for BVB due to a thigh muscle injury. Midfielder Mo Dahoud's shoulder injury will require further tests in the coming days.
Already before departure, Netherlands international Donyell Malen suffered a tendon strain in training and was not able to make the trip to Stuttgart.
Borussia Dortmund wishes all three injured players a speedy recovery.
