Borussia Dortmund will be without Thomas Meunier until the World Cup break. The right-back broke his cheekbone in the DFB-Pokal tie with Hannover 96.

Meunier was in the starting XI on Wednesday evening and had to be substituted off with the injury after approximately one hour. He has already undergone successful surgery and will unfortunately not be available to play for Borussia Dortmund in the coming weeks. But the international is hopeful that he will be able to take part in the World Cup with Belgium at the end of the year.
