After the 3-1 win at SC Freiburg, Nico Schlotterbeck and the goalscorers Youssoufa Moukoko and Marius Wolf gave their views on the game to BVB TV. At the press conference, Edin Terzic said: "After the somewhat fortunate equaliser, we kept our foot on the gas." Here are the reactions to the game.

Edin Terzic: "It was once again an intense match – as is so often the case against Freiburg. We got into the game well enough, were able to link up well a couple of times in the first 30 minutes. And then the quality came from Freiburg and we had to fight not to concede a second goal. After the somewhat fortunate equaliser, we kept our foot on the gas."

Youssoufa Moukoko: "We've fought for the coach, for the fans and for ourselves. You saw the emotions at full-time. We didn't start the game well, and after Freiburg went 1-0 up, it became even more difficult. We needed a bit of luck today. After Jamie made it 1-1, we were really in the game. I always felt like we could turn the game around."

Marius Wolf: "Whenever I'm on the pitch, I want to help the team – no matter how many minutes I get. We went behind, but we didn't let that not bother us. We stuck to our plan and fought to earn the victory. Today, from Freiburg's point of view, it was unfortunately a goalkeeping error. But we needed that goal. It gave us extra strength."

Nico Schlotterbeck: "An important point after 1-1 was that the fans pushed us on. It is a lot of fun to celebrate a victory with them at full-time. After we made it 1-1, we played well. There is still a lot of room for improvement in the period before that. We are happy that we won here because Freiburg are a brutally good team that played really well today and were in control at times."
