Advance ticket sales for the UEFA Champions League home match against AFC Ajax begin at 10:00 CET on Friday (22.10). Season ticket holders will be able to buy tickets two days before they go on sale to other customers.

Advance ticket sales for the home game against Amsterdam on Wednesday, 3 November 2021, for season ticket holders will start at 10:00 CET on Friday 22 October. Club members will be able to purchase tickets for the game from Monday 25 October at 12:00 CET.

Seated season ticket holders:
Your regular seat – regardless of your season ticket package – will be reserved for 48 hours at the start of the advance ticket sales. To secure your seat, season ticket holders must actively log in to the online ticket shop in the "My Account" area and book their seat. This is available at a discounted price. If you have multiple season tickets in the name of one person, this procedure must be followed for all seats. Within the two-day period, the daily ticket price will not apply, but rather the pro-rata season ticket price. As there are two different season ticket prices – for "17s" and "20s" subscriptions – an average price has been calculated. At the end of the 48-hour period exclusively for season ticket holders, each season ticket holder can purchase up to five additional tickets for members in a second order process as long as tickets are still available. In total, season ticket holders may purchase a maximum of six tickets. The regular daily ticket price will be charged for these tickets. The REWE family block will also be open again. The standard discounts for children apply there.

Standing season ticket holders with an international option:
Standing-room season ticket holders who have chosen the international package will also have provisional bookings for their international places in the south stand (Südtribüne). Season ticket holders must also log in to the online ticket shop and find their reservation in the "My account" area. The discounted price for season tickets also applies for these tickets.

Standing season ticket holders without an international option:
Standing room season ticket holders who have not chosen an international package can purchase the tickets in the south-west and south-east corner stands as well as other blocks in the West & East upper stands at the discounted prices for the respective permanent ticket category. Season ticket holders in the Südtribüne without an international option can book up to four tickets. After the 48-hour period, each season ticket holder can also purchase additional tickets. Each season ticket holder may purchase a maximum of six tickets.

The Corona Protection Ordinance, which has been in force in North Rhine-Westphalia since 1 October, allows 67,028 fans inside SIGNAL IDUNA PARK. As far as restrictions are concerned (2G/3G), BVB make a distinction between open-air and indoor areas. The 3G rule applies in the public areas of SIGNAL IDUNA PARK and therefore for all visitors to the grandstands. The 2G rule applies in the (indoor) VIP and hospitality areas.
For stadium admission, the time slots printed on the tickets are still binding. In the interest of all fans, we would like to see a strict observance to this rule as up to 67,000 visitors have to pass through the gates. The 3G check will take place at the turnstiles. So-called "lap tickets" for children between the ages of 0 and 6 will be issued again (as before the pandemic, only to seated visitors).

The ticket will be delivered as a Print@Home ticket and must be presented in printed form upon admission as previously. The credit-card-sized "season ticket" still does not entitle the holder to enter the stadium. It will only be activated when a full capacity of 81,365 spectators is possible again.
