"A crazy game"
“I did not think we played badly in the first half," said Lucien Favre after the post-match press conference and revealed who his Man of the Match was.
Lucien Favre on the first half: "I did not think we played badly in the first half. Inter was very dangerous, we played very offensively because we really wanted to win the game. We took a lot of risks, and often left ourselves defending two-on-two situations. We stayed positive because everything was still possible."
... on the second half: "It was a crazy game. We attacked a lot, enjoyed more possession and played with patience, speed and high intensity."
... on his Man of the Match: "Achraf Hakimi is a really attacking player, regardless of whether he plays as a defender or a wide player. He senses the situations to run forward very, very well." (tl)
