Head coach Lucien Favre, captain Marco Reus and goalkeeper Roman Bürki all fielded questions after the 5-1 win over 1. FC Cologne. Here's what they had to say.

Lucien Favre: "I'm very satisfied. We could've actually scored even more goals, we had a lot of big chances. What ultimately counts is the three points, they were totally deserved. Cologne didn't have many chances, especially in the first half. I'm happy with how it panned out. Erling scored three goals in Augsburg and another two at home. His goals were very important, as the fourth tonight wrapped up the win. He took the fifth very, very well too."

Marco Reus: "I think that all in all, it was a good step forwards today. I've always emphasised that continuity is important for the way that we, and I, play. We work on that on a daily basis. We scored a lot of goals; the win and the margin of victory were deserved. We wanted to be more compact tonight and make fewer mistakes than we did in Augsburg. Being at home, we wanted to press more and show the opposition that there was nothing for them here. We managed that very well thanks to the goal straight from kick-off. Then we made it 2-0 and that settled us."

Roman Bürki: "We did a lot of things better than in Augsburg. Especially in the first half, we worked a lot better. When we then went 3-0 ahead, we briefly dropped off and gave away a few chances. But we managed to catch ourselves and we then scored our goals. I just think it's a shame that Erling is letting up. Three goals in Augsburg and only two tonight. I hope he doesn't get just the one goal next week. No, joking aside, he's a great lad. He works a lot, trains hard and has all the qualities we need."
