Roman Bürki, Jadon Sancho and Sebastian Kehl all spoke to DAZN following the victory over Brugge. "Despite these glum circumstances, you can feel the team's desire and their enjoyment of football," remarked the head of the licensed player division, before turning his attentions ahead. Here are the match reactions.

Sebastian Kehl: "The atmosphere is super because we're putting in good performance and getting good results. We took a big step forward in the Champions League tonight. There was a sense of effortlessness there too. That's how it goes in football. Despite these glum circumstances, you can feel the team's desire and their enjoyment of football. We want to go on a proper run now. We have big aims for the period up until Christmas. Getting the win today was extremely important in that respect. We need to keep our concentration and work on the things that we can still improve on. And we need to stay hungry. At the weekend we will play Cologne here, the next opponent that we want and need to beat. We must not lose sight of our objectives. We can achieve a great deal with this team."

Roman Bürki: "For me, it was a successful evening. We were very comfortable at the back, put together some very good build-up play and kept the clean sheet. That's the most important thing because they had one or two opportunities. But we nullified those through our communication and our defending. We'll keep taking it one match at a time. Today the task was clear. We have a game every three days and need to rotate heavily. Everyone must be ready for that. I'm convinced that next week against Lazio we'll produce a similar performance to today."

Jadon Sancho: "It was a nice goal. I regularly practice my free-kicks and I'm very happy that it resulted in a goal for me today. I'm happy to be playing. The coach and the team believe in me. It has been a little hard for me recently, but I've come back and I hope that I can continue with my good performances from before. Erling is a fantastic player. It's fun to create chances for him. I'm delighted to be playing alongside him. He works every day on and off the pitch."
