Matchday 10 of the Bundesliga season sees Borussia Dortmund host 1. FC Cologne at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK on Saturday (30/10). Kick-off is at 15:30 CET. You will find all the important information about your stadium visit below.

Do I have to carry a printout of my ticket?
Yes! Absolutely! Showing the PDF document on your mobile phone will not be enough for you to be granted entry into Signal Iduna Park. Your season ticket will also not be enough. The only way to secure entry into the stadium is to show your printed Print@Home ticket.

Can I give my ticket to someone else if I suddenly can't make it?
Yes, the ticket can be transferred. In addition, the Secondary Ticket Market will be open until 12:00 CET on the day of the game. The ticket can be put up for sale there. If a new buyer is found, the price of the match ticket only will be refunded (without the advance booking fee).

Tickets should only be purchased via the official Ticket Shop at bvb.de or in the BVB app.

Can I bring my child with me?
''Lap tickets'', which provide free admission for children under the age of seven, are available again with a €1 fee. They will be released on match day at the three clearing points (NW/NO & SO) as per usual in normal match operations. Proof of age must be shown. There is no guarantee you will get a seat.

Which "GGG" rules apply?
Vaccinated: from day 15 after completed full vaccination against COVID-19 with a vaccine licensed in the European Union until one year after full vaccination
Recovered: between 28 days and six months after detection of a positive test result by PCR technology
Recovered + vaccinated: evidence of a positive test result in combination with evidence of administration of at least one dose of a vaccine against COVID-19 with a vaccine licensed in the European Union at least 14 days before match day
Tested: evidence of a rapid antigen test (not a self-test) taken on match day or a valid PCR test taken in the 48 hours prior. Children under six are exempt from the testing obligation

How is the proof of "GGG" status (vaccination, recovery, or testing) checked?
The checking of the GGG proof takes place in the direct approach to the turnstiles. In addition to your ID card, please have your GGG proof ready digitally in the Corona Warn App or Covpass App.

Can I use local public transport free of charge with my ticket?
Those who wish to use public transport must, for technical reasons, purchase a separate, free-of-charge travel ticket via a DSW21 portal in addition to their digitally-mailed BVB admission ticket ("Print@home"). Detailed information on this was sent to the purchasers along with the tickets and can be found here. The ''Uni-Shuttle'' is available again.

What should I bear in mind when entering the stadium?
The entrances "Südost" and the three entrance areas in the north are linked to fixed grandstand areas and blocks. Only the admission area indicated on the ticket can be used. ''Time slots'' – 15-minute time windows in which the stadium visitor must be at the entrance – are also indicated on the ticket. From now on, these are not totally fixed: If it is possible for you to arrive at the stadium earlier than your allocated time window, please do so. This especially applies to everyone who has a time after 14:30 CET on their tickets: please go into the stadium before 14:30 CET! The earlier, the better.

Will there be a "Happy Hour"?
We recommend arriving early to make the journey and admission to SIGNAL IDUNA PARK easier. We would like to reward those who arrive early with a special promotion for the home match against 1. FC Cologne: there will be a "2 for 1" offer exclusively at the stadium kiosks during ''Happy Hour".
From 13:00 to 14:00 CET, all food and drink will be available on a "2 for 1" offer.
By entering the stadium early, you'll help us avoid queues at entrance controls and kiosks during peak times - so join in, help us, and get your reward!

And if you want to get free drinks until the end of the half-time break, we would like to point you in the direction of the promotion offered by our Champion Partner: comdirect is offering free drinks. Here's how to get a free drink.

Can I bring my own drinks?
No. No bottles, cans. etc. may be brought into the stadium. Large bags are also not allowed.

Can strangers sit next to me?
Coronavirus regulations allow for people from different households to sit alongside one another.

What rules apply in SIGNAL IDUNA PARK?
Face masks (medical masks or FFP2 masks) must be worn from the moment of arrival at the stadium until the point you reach your seat. It can only be removed at the seat that is indicated on your ticket. As a result, the consumption of food and drinks is only possible at one's own seat; the same applies to smoking. Only children under the age of seven are exempt from the obligation to wear a mask. Please keep the necessary distance from each other, and wash and disinfect your hands regularly. Payment at the kiosks is strictly cash-free.

And one last note from us:
After almost a year-and-a-half of the pandemic, Borussia Dortmund has experienced a lot of turnovers in its temporary staff. A good third of the employees who will be on duty only joined our team at the start of the season. Dear stadium visitors, please understand that things may not run as smoothly as you are used to or expect in one or two instances. We would like to thank you in advance!
