Matchday 14 of the Bundesliga season sees Borussia Dortmund welcome Bayern Munich to SIGNAL IDUNA PARK on Saturday (kick-off at 18:30 CET). You can find all the most important information about your stadium visit here.

Do I have to carry a printout of my ticket?
Yes! Definitely! Showing the PDF document on your mobile phone will not be enough for you to be granted entry into Signal Iduna Park. Only your printed ticket will grant you entry. Contrary to our initial announcements, the credit-card-sized seated season ticket will not be activated for the game against Bayern Munich due to the latest developments.

Can I give my ticket to someone else if I suddenly can't make it?
Yes, the ticket can be transferred. In addition, the Secondary Ticket Market will be open until 12:00 CET on the day of the game. The ticket can be put up for sale there. If a new buyer is found, the price of the match ticket only will be refunded (without the advance booking fee).

Will a ticket office be open on the day?
No, there will not be a ticket office open on Saturday.

Can I bring my child with me too?
It is currently unclear whether "lap tickets", which allow the free admission for children under seven, will be available.

Which ''GG' (vaccinated or recovered) rules apply?
Proof of your vaccinated or recovered status must be presented in digital form in the Corona-Warm-App or the CovPass-App (digital EU Covid certificate).
Children and youths up to and including 15 years of age are exempt from this obligation (proof of identity must be presented). People who are not able to be vaccinated for health reasons (medical certificate required) will be admitted with a test. In the case of the aforementioned exceptions, an Antigen rapid test result may not be older than 24 hours and a PCR test result may not be older than 48 hours.

How is the proof of "GG" status checked?
The inspection of the GG proof takes place in the direct approach to the turnstiles. In addition to your ID card, please have your GG proof ready digitally in the Corona Warn App or Covpass App.

Can I use local public transport free of charge with my ticket?
Those who wish to use public transport must, for technical reasons, purchase a separate, free-of-charge travel ticket via a DSW21 portal in addition to their digitally-mailed BVB admission ticket ("Print@home"). Detailed information on this was sent to the purchasers along with the tickets and can be found here. The ''Uni-Shuttle'' will not run on Saturday.

What should I bear in mind when entering the stadium?
The entrances "Südost" and the three entrance areas in the north are linked to fixed grandstand areas and blocks. Only the admission area indicated on the ticket can be used. In order to facilitate the journey to SIGNAL IDUNA PARK and the situation at the entry points to the stadium, we recommend that you arrive early. Please arrive at the stadium as early as possible. The earlier, the better!

Will there be a "Happy Hour"?
There will not be a "Happy Hour" for the home game against Bayern Munich.

Can I bring my own drinks?
No. No bottles, cans. etc. may be brought into the stadium. Large bags are also not allowed.
As at the start of the season, rPet disposable cups will be issued at the stadium kiosks.

Can strangers sit next to me?
Coronavirus regulations allow for people from different households to sit alongside one another.

What rules apply in SIGNAL IDUNA PARK?
A medical or FFP2 mask must be worn both in the vicinity of the stadium and in SIGNAL IDUNA PARK! It is currently unclear whether mask-wearing at your seat will be compulsory. Only children under the age of seven years are exempt from the obligation to wear a mask. Payment at the kiosks is strictly cash-free. Please keep the necessary distance from each other, and wash and disinfect your hands regularly.
