Following the 3-0 win against Bochum, Edin Terzic, Youssoufa Moukoko, Gregor Kobel and Salih Özcan shared their thoughts. The match reactions.

Edin Terzic (at the press conference): "We absolutely wanted to win the final home game of this calendar year. We showed a good tempo from the beginning and got the early reward. We wanted to keep our foot on the gas once it went to 2-0; unfortunately, that didn't work so well, and we were also slightly lucky with the offside goal. It was only the tip of a toe that determined whether it was a goal or not. It was important to get the home victory. We now have two more exciting challenges ahead. We have created the basis to perform with a lot of self-confidence in them."

Youssoufa Moukoko (to BVB TV): "For my first goal, I didn't even see that the ball had gone in; I just heard the people make a noise. For the second goal, I had previously been given the information by Edin that the goalkeeper often stands in front of the penalty area. I chipped the ball – and then it went in! Very nice."

Gregor Kobel (to Sky): "We kept a clean sheet and picked up three points. Mouki scored two outstanding goals. He showed a lot of conviction for the first goal; the second was a super chip. We took our chances. The coach said it in the run-up to the match: we still want to pick up nine more points before the end of the year. Now it's six more points. We want to finish off the first half of the season well so that we can go to our national teams with peace of mind and focus on the World Cup."

Salih Özcan (to BVB TV): "We knew that we'd be up against a team that draws you into lots of long balls and fights hard. We comfortably dealt with that. We absolutely wanted to keep a clean sheet."
