Having triumphed in the cup in Bochum, BVB will be in Bundesliga action at Bremen's Wohninvest-Weserstadion on Saturday at 15:30 CET. Over 4,000 away fans from Dortmund will be supporting the team in Bremen. As per usual, we have compiled all the most important info below.

Travel

Travel by local public transport

  • In order to relieve the normal passenger volume, BVB supporters are asked to leave Bremen main train station via the north exit.
  • At the exit, away fans shall be directed towards local public transport.
    • From the main train station: Line 10 towards Sebaldsbrück, alight at St. Jürgen Str.
    • From the city centre: Line 2 towards Sebaldsbrück, alight at St. Jürgen Str. and Line 3 towards Weserwehr, alight at Weserstadion
    • Match tickets entitle the holders to free travel to the stadium on BSAG and VBN buses and trains.

Travel by bus

  • Please note that away fan buses cannot park on the street "Osterdeich".
  • Parking spaces for coaches are available in the area at the Park & Ride car park at Hemelinger Hafen.
  • From there, a shuttle bus transfer has been set up to the stadium.

Travel by car/minibus

  • Please note there are no parking spaces at the stadium and in the immediate vicinity and that the area around the stadium will be closed to private traffic from 2.5 hours before kick-off until shortly after the end of the match.
  • Away fans travelling by car are advised to use the Park & Ride car park at Hemelinger Hafen, which is well signposted from the A1 Hemelingen motorway exit (#55).
  • There, you will be directed to parking spaces on the roadside.
  • Please note that the Park & Ride car park will be used by both home and away fans.
  • From there, a shuttle bus transfer has been set up to the stadium.

Admission

  • The stadium opens at 14:00 CET.
  • The away entrance is located at Gate 10.
  • Please note that the tickets are Print@Home tickets and must be presented in paper form.
  • The usual checks will take place at the entrance to the stadium. Intensive checks will also be carried out selectively which – at the request of the individual person subject to the check – can take place in the visible container located directly at the entrance or outside and can be accompanied by fan representatives and the Fan-Projekt.
  • In order to relieve admission to the away sector, there will be a separate material entrance for fan utensils (on the left as you look at the entrance).
  • Visibly drunk fans may be denied entry to the stadium.

Permitted fan utensils

  • 4 megaphones (already assigned)
  • 5 drums (open on one side with visible interior, already assigned)
  • Flags (up to 2 metre pole length)
  • 15 large swivel flags (up to 2 metre pole length)
  • 20 double-holders (up to 2 metre pole length)
  • Fence flags (provided space on the fence is available; please note that the fence flags are to be attached to the fence from the inside). 

Please note that flagpoles must be made of PVC and, if they have a diameter of over 3 cm, must be hollow on the inside.

For safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to climb over the fence in front of the away sector and onto the protective roof in front of it. Infringements will be sanctioned accordingly.

Please also note that fan paraphernalia that is clearly discriminatory, racist, insulting or glorifies violence is not permitted in accordance with the Stadium Regulations and will be turned away. This also applies to clothing brands that can be associated with the right-wing extremist scene.

It is imperative that the entrances to the away block are kept clear. Please also make sure that no gaps are left free in the away sector so as to ensure that all away supporters can find space in the sold-out away sector.

Permitted items

  • Digital cameras (no professional devices/single-lens reflex cameras) for private use
  • Bags and rucksacks smaller than DIN-A4 size
  • Small palm-sized power banks

Forbidden items

  • Bags and rucksacks larger than DIN-A4 size
  • Larger power banks
  • Tube scarves
  • Pyrotechnics of any kind
  • Weapons of any kind

Other information

  • A limited storage point for bags and backpacks is available at the away entrance.
  • Payment for food and drinks is only possible in cashless form with EC and credit cards.
  • Werder Bremen urgently request that no drinks, cups or food be thrown into the blocks below. In the event of serious incidents, it will be prohibited to take food and drinks into the block at future matches.
  • Do you feel harassed or threatened in the stadium? Then contact the SV Werder Bremen staff with the sentence "Do you know MIKA?" You will receive discreet and direct assistance without having to ask any questions. You can find more information about Werder's awareness concept here.
  • From a quarter of an hour before kick-off until 15 minutes after the final whistle, Werder Bremen request that all stadium visitors refrain from smoking.
