Barrier-free

For wheelchair users

  • image
Pre sale period

In principle, the same terms and conditions as for other ticket orders are applicable to supporters with disabilities. Tickets can be ordered at any time in the ways described below. The allocation of tickets typically takes place four weeks prior to the particular game in accordance with the general advance sales dates. You can find precise information as well as dates for the beginning of pre sales on our homepage.

Home match tickets for wheelchair users

Since we only have a limited number of day tickets available for wheelchair users, they will be allocated exclusively via an online draw. You can apply for your desired ticket here.

A wheelchair user ticket (including an accompanying person, who must be ambulatory and at least 16 years of age) costs 14€.

Access to the Signal-Iduna-Park

Coming from the south-east, the path leads through the special south entrance, from the north through the players entrance under the BORUSSEUM (north-east corner). Access to the stadium is possible only with the assistance of the volunteers.

Away match tickets for wheelchair users

Borussia Dortmund will always request the full contingent of away tickets from the host club. According to the DFL statutes that are currently valid, a visiting club is entitled to 10% of the wheelchair user tickets available as part of an open sale. The guarantee of a certain number of tickets is, nonetheless, always dependent on the host club. Unforeseen circumstances, like, for example, modifications to the stadium, are possible at any time, and could mean that the number of allocated tickets differs from the full contingent. Prices are determined by the particular host club, and can vary significantly. Information on this topic can be found on the Federal Association for Disabled Supporters’ website at http://bbag-online.de/.

Host clubs can send away match tickets for wheelchair users around three weeks prior to the particular game. Correspondingly, the forwarding of tickets or the rejection of a ticket application may only occur at short notice prior to the match.

Ticket orders can be made via e-mail at tickets@bvb.de.

We kindly ask that you include the following information in your order:
  • Your full address with a telephone number on which you can be reached throughout the day
  • Your desired fixture
  • The remark “Rolli”
  • A copy of your disability card ("front- and back side")

IMPORTANT: In order to obtain entitlement to a place for a wheelchair user, you must include a copy of your disability card as part of your order.

Payment method: You will receive a reservation that will allow you to make payment for your tickets. After the payment has been received, your tickets will be sent to you.

Cancellation and return of tickets for wheelchair users

Wheelchair user tickets - like all other tickets - are non-refundable. Cancellation is possible in exceptional cases after consultation with the ticketing department. Reselling or auctioning the card (s) for commercial purposes - for whatever reason - is strictly prohibited.

Specific Information

The Stadium House Rules applicable in the Signal Iduna Park state that visitors who are wheelchair users may only use the places that are designated for them. Consequently, a visit to an event in the Signal Iduna Park using a ticket for a regular seat or standing place is strictly forbidden. Otherwise, we are unable to guarantee a safe evacuation for wheelchair users in case of an emergency, fire, or other circumstances of that kind.

Consequently, for legal reasons and reasons of liability, we are regrettably unable to offer an alternative place in the Signal Iduna Park to wheelchair using visitors who are unable to produce a valid wheelchair user ticket.

Therefore, we kindly ask for your understanding that wheelchair users will not be permitted to enter the stadium without a valid wheelchair user ticket.

Important additional information
  • Wheeled walkers are not permitted as walking aids, since bulky objects outside the areas for wheelchair users in blocks 3 & 6 may prevent the safe evacuation of the stadium
  • You can find further information, including information about other stadiums and clubs, on the Federal Association for Disabled Supporters’ website at http://bbag-online.de/
  • Disabled toilets are located on the west and east stands, in the immediate vicinity of the wheelchair spaces
  • A catering service is offered in the blocks of wheelchair users
  • The “Volunteers” will be available for the duration of the game to assist you or to answer any questions you may have

There are 150 disabled car parking spaces available in car parks C1 and C2. The necessary parking permit can be ordered from BVB employees Nicole Strothmüller (nicole.strothmueller@bvb.de).
