Home match tickets for the heraing impaired

There are tickets for persons with a hearing impairment for seats in block 34. A ticket costs 14€.

  • Membership number
  • Copy of the disabled person's ID card (front and back)

Important: The right to order by e-mail only exists for people with the “GL” mark on the disabled person's pass. Therefore, we always need a double-sided copy of your disabled person's ID to process your order.

Payment method: You will receive a reservation that will allow you to make payment for your tickets. After the payment has been received, your tickets will be sent to you.

If the card allocation is successful, we will send you a reservation confirmation by email.

You can reach Block 34 for hearing impaired persons via the South-East (Sud-Ost) entrance or the North-West (Nord-West) entrance (separate entrance next to the FanWelt)

Cancellation and return of tickets for persons with a hearing impairment

Hearing impaired tickets - like all other tickets - are generally non-refundable. Cancellation is possible in exceptional cases after consultation with the ticketing department. Reselling or auctioning the card (s) for commercial purposes - for whatever reason - is strictly prohibited.

Interpreter

During the game a sign language interpreter will be present on site. She will interpret any important information. Furthermore, for every two seats per row, there is a device that will provide a vibration alert when the interpreter is about to interpret something.

If it is not possible to order tickets for away games via the BVB call center for hearing-impaired club members, the order request can also be made in writing by email to tickets@bvb.de.
