Borussia Dortmund face a trip to Belarus or Austria after the Black and Yellows were drawn against the winner of the second round tie between FC Shakhtyor Soligorsk and Wolfsberger AC in the UEFA Europa League third qualifying round. The Carinthians won yesterday's away leg in Belarus 1-0 and will play the return leg on 23 July at home.

Wolfsberger AC were the surprise package in the Austrian Bundesliga last season. Having been promoted as recently as 2012, the Carinthians briefly occupied pole position in the Austrian top flight and ended the season in fifth position. The venue for the away leg would be the Wörthersee Stadium in Carinthinia, which has a capacity of 32,000.

However, they must avoid defeat to FC Shakhtyor Soligorsk in the return leg. After 14 rounds of matches, the Belarus-based outfit currently occupy fourth place in their domestic division, with 24 points. Situated in the south of the Minsk region, the city of Soligorsk has a population of over 100,000 and is one of the country's fastest-growing cities. In 1992, the club was one of the founding members of the first Belarusian league, which it has been part of ever since. The club's honours include the 2004 and 2014 domestic cup competition as well as the 2005 league title. Last season, they finished the campaign in fourth position. The Stroitel Stadium has a capacity of 5,000.

The first leg between Borussia Dortmund and the winner of the second round tie between Shakhtyor Soligorsk and Wolfsberger AC will be away, with the return leg to be played on 6 August. The provisional kick-off time in Dortmund is 20:30 CET.
