The Falknis rises to a height of 2560 metres behind the old church tower. As of Sunday the Borussia Dortmund players will be able to enjoy the view of the wonderful landscape. BVB will have their training camp in Bad Ragaz for the fifth time.

The lovely view may then also be a just reward for the hard work that the Borussia Dortmund players have ahead of them. Head Coach Thomas Tuchel has already announced an intensive programme. And they will also be fine tuning the team’s tactics. Tuchel said: “we have to work on being compact and on the way we defend.”

His team will play two friendly matches so that they can test their progress under competitive circumstances: They will play at FC Lucerne on Tuesday (21.July, 19:30hrs, live on “BVB total!” and on Saturday against Juventus Turin (25.July, 19:05hrs, live on Sport 1 and on “BVB total!”). The match against the Champions League finalist in St.Gallen is totally sold out, however there are still tickets available for the friendly match against Lucerne (www.fcl.ch).

Tuchel announced: “we let most of the players play for 60 minutes against Bochum. That is good to keep control of how much effort the players are exerting. We will turn this around for the next friendly match against Lucerne.”

Training will generally be open to the public at the “Ri Au” training ground in Bad Ragaz, however the training on Tuesday and Saturday morning before the matches against Lucerne and Turin will not be open to the public. (br)
