On Saturday BVB's U23s will square off against FC Schalke 04 at the reserve team's tradition-steeped venue: the Rote Erde. Kick-off for this fan favourite will be at 14:30 CET, with the gates opening at the stadium from 13:00 CET.

A standing ticket costs EUR 6 (discounted price EUR 4), while a seat in the main stand costs EUR 10 (discounted price EUR 6). In recent years these Ruhr derbies have always had a real pulling power among spectators and once again, the U23 players are looking forward to a large and vocal Black and Yellow crowd hopefully numbering in the thousands.

These fans may park at the "Luftbad" carpark (entrance beneath the Fan World) on Saturday. Visiting fans are not expected. The only way of accessing the stadium will be via the main entrance on the Strobelallee. Early arrival is recommended, as a number of spectators have arrived late in the past, resulting in long queues. The gates are all on the north side of the Rote Erde stadium, while an additional gate will be open at Signal Iduna Park. (jv)
