Points dropped: Borussia Dortmund have now dropped points on more occasions this season (11) than they did in the whole of last season (ten). Even if BVB were to win all of their remaining games, they would still not reach the points tally they achieved in 2015/16 (78).

Weak on the road: BVB now have a negative away record (three wins, four draws, four defeats).

Vulnerable: For the first time in ten years, Borussia have failed to keep a clean sheet in each of their first 11 away games of a season.

Guerreiro on the scoresheet: Raphael Guerreiro scored his third Bundesliga goal and his first since netting against Freiburg on Matchday 5.

Debutant: Dzenis Burnic made his Bundesliga debut. He had already featured in the UEFA Champions League, coming on from the bench in stoppage time of BVB's 2-1 victory over Sporting Lisbon on 18 October 2016.

Back in action: Emre Mor played his first competitive match of 2017 and made his first start in over three months (the last was in the 5-2 win in Hamburg on 5 November, when he set up two goals).

Another tough trip to Hesse: Dortmund suffered their first defeat since the end of November, when they went down 2-1 in Frankfurt.

Winless run over: The Lilies recorded a victory for the first time in 11 Bundesliga matches. The last came four months ago, when they beat Wolfsburg 3-1 on 22 October.
