Peter Stöger had some words of praise for his team following the tense match with HSV. "I had the feeling that the lads really put a lot in to get into the lead, even if not everything worked." Here we bring you the reactions from both coaches.

Peter Stöger: "It was a difficult match against a well-organised opponent, to whom we gave chances because in some phases our passing was too slow or not accurate enough. There were positive elements to our game as well: when things are tough, there must be a willingness to work hard. I had the feeling that the lads really put a lot in to get into the lead, even if not everything worked. It was a small step in the right direction."

Bernd Hollerbach: "We knew that we would be coming up against a lot of speed. We were very well organised, gave away little and consistently attacked with courage. Dortmund went 1-0 ahead with the first chance of the second half – after that it was a different match. We need had to make attacking substitutions; it was an open exchange thereafter. It could have finished 1-1 too." (br)
