Borussia Dortmund club members can look forward to even more exclusivity and even more content at the start of the new season: After 9 years, ''Borussia'' is getting a comprehensive make-over - and now it will come with considerably more content than before. In the stadium, fans can also look forward to some changes.

The feedback from BVB members was always positive, as were the reviews from elsewhere. Therefore, in giving Borussia Dortmund's Member Magazine ''Borussia'' a visual and content based redesign, we felt impelled to preserve the tried and tested, whilst also providing new and exclusive content. Tradition requires space to tell stories, to carry out in-depth interviews and to produce exclusive reports. The magazine will be written by well-known writers such as the multiple award-winning film maker Freddie Röckenhaus, the long-standing deputy head of sports at FAZ, Roland Zorn, or the former head of the sports section of the Berliner Tagesspiegel, Sven Goldmann - all of whom are united by their love of football.

All of that and a lot more - for example conversations with Andreas Möller and Borussia's blind football team - will appear in the new ''Borussia'', which will be published for the first time to mark the home game against RB Leipzig.

And: soon there will be no summer break without ''Borussia''. Publications will appear in both June and July respectively.

What's changing for members?

Absolutely nothing! ''Borussia - Your Member's Magazine'' will be posted promptly before each home game, and just as before it should be waiting in the letter box come Friday morning.

Can the magazine also be purchased?

Yes! As was the case with former stadium magazine ''Echt'', ''Borussia - The BVB Magazine'' is available in all fan shops as well as select kiosks and petrol stations in the Dortmund area at a price of €2.

What's changing in the stadium?

''Echt'' magazine is being retired. Among the 150,000 club members, demand for a stadium magazine which was largely identical to the members' one was understandably not all that high. What is more, again and again we heard people asking for a compact booklet which would fit in one's trouser pockets and would contain all the most important information about each match day. From the start of the 2018/19 season, a new pocket size magazine - ''Borussia aktuell'' - will be published for each home game (in the League, the Cup and the Champions League.) This magazine will be highly up to date, providing breaking news from around the league. For Sunday's match against Leipzig (26 August) one will find, among other things, summaries of the key events from the Friday and Saturday games of the first matchday.

How much will ''Borussia aktuell'' cost?

Nothing! ''Borussia aktuell' will be handed out for free. It will also be available at the turnstiles as well as in all kiosks in Signal Iduna Park.
