Borussia Dortmund's junior teams face some key fixtures in their respective title tilts this weekend. The U19s − currently second in the Bundesliga West − will face league leaders 1. FC Cologne, whom they trail by one point, at the Franz-Kremer-Stadion on Saturday (11:00 CET). BVB boss Benjamin Hoffmann could potentially be without captain Patrick Osterhage for the top-of-the-table clash, but he will be able to call on the fit-again Tobias Raschl, Ramzi Ferjani, Malte Wengerowski and Paul Besong.

Having beaten closest challengers 1. FC Cologne 3-0 last time out, the U17s are in for another tough fixture this weekend when they host Borussia Mönchengladbach in Brackel at 11:00 CET on Saturday. "We want to build on the Cologne victory and continue unbeaten," said coach Sebastian Geppert. Should they do so, qualifying for the Final of the German Championship will be a mere formality. (wiwi)
