Around 5,000 visitors accepted the black and yellow invitation to Sunday's BVB kids club event held at Münster's Allwetterzoo. BVB first-team stars Maximilian Philipp and Mahmoud Dahoud met new furry friends before making several young Borussia fans' dreams come true. 

This was the second time that Münster's Allwetterzoo has been painted black and yellow by the the BVB kids club, and once again, an array of activities were organised to entertain all Borussia fans both young and old. offered a varied program to all small and large black and yellow fans. Whether it was at the numerous play stations or through the presence of characters from the popular series "EMMA's detectives", there was something for everyone to discover.

Throughout the day, visitors were able to learn more about the various wild animals who stay in the zoo through talks held by the zookeepers. Everyone was invited to take part in the penguin march and the elephant's feeding - it's not often you get the chance to come so close to such exotic animals!

Another memorable moment was the visit of Maximilian Philipp and Mahmoud Dahoud. The two BVB stars were given special permission to enter the monkey enclosure and feed the black-and-white Varis - and by the looks of it the two of them would have loved to have taken one of their new friends home with them! The autograph session which followed was no doubt the highlight of the day for many of the fans present, with a lot of young black and yellow enthusiasts having the chance to realise their dreams of meeting players from the first team squad.
