Two comfortable wins in a row (4-0 in Gelsenkirchen, 3-0 against Bielefeld) and two clean sheets. Overall, head coach Edin Terzic was satisfied with his team's performance. It is very much an upward trend.

"The game started well. In the opening minutes, we had two dangerous moments in the opposition penalty area, but then we lost our way a bit and couldn't initially create any clear opportunities," said the coach after the 3-0 win against Arminia Bielefeld, adding: "But from the 25th to the 45th minute, we had many chances where we should have been clearer and more purposeful with our finishing. We had Mo Dahoud at the heart of our build-up play and wanted to create numerical superiority behind the strikers when they pressed us." However: "In the first half, we lost the ball a few too many times in the centre. In the interval, we said that we should take considerably fewer risks there."

The half-time whistle sounded with the score goalless. "We were much more effective in the second half and got our reward with a shot from distance," said Terzic: "That was the catalyst in the game. We could've added one or two more goals via our build-up from the back. We're happy about the three goals and just as happy that we were able to keep a clean sheet." (br)
