On Saturday, BVB will visit the BayArena in Leverkusen. The match will start at 15:30 CET and the stadium will open two hours before kick-off. The stadium will be sold out, with 17,500 spectators allowed in, including 1000 fans from Dortmund cheering on BVB in Leverkusen.

Arrival

Arriving by train

  • Stop: "Bahnhof Leverkusen Mitte"
  • Due to construction work, there may be restrictions at the station. However, it should be possible to use all train connections before and after the game.
  • With the exception of the S6 railway line, due to the renovation work, the barrier-free accessibility of the trains cannot be guaranteed at this time.

Arriving by bus

  • Buses park in area P6.
  • Access via the Europaring via the "Am Neuenhof" exit to Marienburger Straße.
  • Toilets and rubbish bins are available at the bus parking spaces.
  • Parking is free.
  • Microbuses (Bullis) and cars cannot be parked in the bus car park.

Arriving by car/microbus (Bulli)

  • Shuttle bus parking on Otto-Bayer-Straße (Cologne city area)
  • A shuttle bus will run from there to the stadium. Alternatively, it is possible to take the S-Bahn S6 from the car park to the "Leverkusen Mitte" stop.

Admission to the stadium

  • The stadium will open two hours before the game.
  • Away fans will be seated in Blocks SG1 – SG3. Please note that the away section is an all-seater section.
  • Proof of full vaccination or recovery from Covid-19 must be provided upon admission.
    • Exception: Fans between the ages of 6 and 19, as well as pregnant women and fans with a doctor's note can provide proof in accordance with the 3G rules. Children who are five years of age or younger do not need to submit a test result.
    • Digital evidence can be presented directly upon admission. Analogue evidence will be checked in the area around the stadium. In front of the stadium, mobile teams will check your documents and then give you a wristband, which entitles you to enter the stadium in conjunction with a valid ticket.
    • Inside the stadium, you must wear a medical mask, covering the mouth and nose. You can remove your mask once you reach your allocated seat.
    • In the case of visibly drunk spectators, a breathalyser test will be carried out. The results of the test will determine whether such spectators are allowed to remain in the stadium.

  • 5 large swivel flags
  • 40 two-poled banners (up to 2 metres)
  • Flags (up to 2 metres)
  • Drum(s) (single-sided open clear head)
  • Fence flags (as long as there is space, must not overhang escape doors)

  • Digital cameras (not professional cameras/reflex cameras with telephoto lens) for private use.
  • Bum bags

Prohibited items

  • Large bags, backpacks and ladies' handbags are not allowed. There will be an area to deposit small items on site at a price of €1.
  • Power bank chargers
  • Containers for refilling TC e-cigarettes over 10 ml.

Information for disabled fans

  • Parking spaces for fans with disabilities are located directly opposite the BayArena. Their use is only permitted with the blue badge for wheelchair users.
