As of 12:00 CET today (Monday 18 October), tickets for the home game against FC Ingolstadt on Tuesday 26 October 2021 are available on general sale.

The Corona Protection Ordinance in force in North Rhine-Westphalia since 1 October allows 67,028 visitors to SIGNAL IDUNA PARK. As far as access restrictions (2G/3G) are concerned, BVB differentiate between outdoor and indoor areas.

Season ticket holders have a two-day right of first refusal. The procedure is as follows:

Seated season ticket holders:
Your regular seat - regardless of the season ticket package selected - is reserved for 48 hours at the start of the respective advance sale. To sort your ticket, the season ticket holder must log into the online ticket shop, go to the "My Account" section, and book their seat. With the start of the general sale on Monday, every season ticket holder can purchase additional tickets in a second order process, if there are still any available. In total, a maximum of ten tickets are purchasable for season ticket holders. For the cup match, the regular day ticket price will apply for season ticket holders, as in normal operations. The REWE family block will also reopen. The standard discounts for children apply here.

Standing season ticket holders:

For organisational reasons, the standing sections in the south and north stands will remain seated. For the south stand, 50%, and thus 12,227, of the 24,454 standing tickets will be released for sale. As there are just under 24,000 season tickets here, we have to apply the motto "first come, first served." In order to meet the demand, the seats in the south-west and south-east corner stands that are not occupied by season ticket holders will be offered for sale. In addition, every south stand season ticket holder can book a maximum of four seats, in order to cater for as many season ticket holders as possible. The day ticket price will also be charged here too. With the start of the general sale on Monday, every south stand season ticket holder can purchase additional tickets - in total, a maximum of ten tickets are purchasable for season ticket holders.

The 3G rule applies in all public areas of SIGNAL IDUNA PARK and for all visitors to the stands. In the (indoor) VIP and hospitality sections, the 2G rule applies.

For stadium admission, the time slots printed on the tickets are binding. In the interest of all fans, we would like to see a strict observance to this rule as up to 67,000 visitors have to pass through the gates. 3G control will take place at the turnstiles, as has been the case in the past. So-called "lap tickets" for children between 0 and 6 will be issued again (as before the pandemic, only to seated visitors).

The ticket will be delivered as a print@home ticket and must be presented in printed form upon admission as previously. The credit-card-sized "season ticket" still does not entitle the holder to enter the stadium. It will only be activated when a full capacity of 81,365 spectators is possible again.
