Borussia's U19s started their third busy week involving midweek action with a 2-1 victory over Arminia Bielefeld in the Bundesliga. The victory sent Mike Tullberg's team top of the table – until Sunday at least.

The Dortmund youth team dominated large phases of the game, creating several high-quality chances. Julian Rijkhoff scored the opener in the 20th minute and second half substitute Bradley Fink added a second on 75 minutes. Seconds before the final whistle, the Bielefeld team scored a consolation goal.

On Tuesday, the Black and Yellows will play Ajax Amsterdam in the UEFA Youth League (14:00 CET), before a top of the table Bundesliga match against Schalke 04 at the Youth Performance Centre in Brackel next Sunday. (wiwi)
