Matchday 12 of the Bundesliga season sees Borussia Dortmund host VfB Stuttgart at SIGNAL IDUNA PARK on Saturday (20/11). Kick-off is at 15:30 CET. You will find all the important information about your stadium visit below.

Do I have to carry a printout of my ticket?
Yes! Absolutely! Showing the PDF document on your mobile phone will not be enough for you to get into Signal Iduna Park. The only way to get into the stadium is to show your printed Print@Home ticket. The credit-card-sized season ticket will only be reactivated in the seating area for the Bayern Munich match, unless it is cancelled by 24/11.

Can I give my ticket to someone else if I suddenly can't make it?
Yes, the ticket can be transferred. In addition, the Secondary Ticket Market will be open until 12:00 CET on the day of the game. The ticket can be put up for sale there. If a new buyer is found, the price of the match ticket only will be refunded (without the advance booking fee).

Will there be a ticket office on the day?
Yes, a ticket office will be open on the day at the window to the FanWorld from 13:00 CET.

Can I bring my child with me?
''Lap tickets'', which provide free admission for children under the age of seven, are available again with a €1 fee. They will be released on match day at the three clearing points (NW/NO & SO) as per usual in normal match operations. Proof of age must be shown. There is no guarantee you will get a seat.

Can I use local public transport free of charge with my ticket?
Those who wish to use public transport must, for technical reasons, purchase a separate, free-of-charge travel ticket via a DSW21 portal in addition to their digitally-mailed BVB admission ticket ("Print@home"). Detailed information on this was sent to the purchasers along with the tickets and can be found here. The ''Uni-Shuttle'' is available again.

What should I bear in mind when entering the stadium?
The entrances "Südost" and the three entrance areas in the north are linked to fixed grandstand areas and blocks. Only the admission area indicated on the ticket can be used. In order to facilitate the journey to SIGNAL IDUNA PARK and the situation at entry points to the stadium, we recommend that you travel early. Please come to the stadium as early as possible. The earlier, the better!

Will there be a "Happy Hour"?
We would like to reward those who arrive early for the home game against VfB Stuttgart with a special promotion: there will be a "2 for 1" offer exclusively at the stadium kiosks during ''Happy Hour". The "2 for 1" offer will apply to all food and drinks in the period from 13:00 CET to 14:00 CET.
