Previous meetings: 34 goals in 13 games

Borussia have a better overall record against SC Freiburg than against any other current Bundesliga club (27 wins, 11 draws and five defeats). The Black & Yellows have only failed to score twice in 43 meetings. Twelve of the last 13 home games have ended in victory – with a combined goal difference of 34-3! BVB have come from behind six times in this fixture; Freiburg have not lost to any other club as often after being 1-0 ahead. The men from Baden have won on only one of their 20 visits to BVB. Under Volker Finke's leadership, they ran out 2-0 winners on 21 October 2001 thanks to goals from Soumaila Coulibaly and Sebastian Kehl!

Kits: Freiburg in red

Borussia Dortmund will play in their usual colours: yellow shirts, black shorts and yellow socks. Our goalkeepers will wear green. The opposition team will wear red shirts, grey shorts and red socks.
