Our stadium - SIGNAL IDUNA PARK - the most beautiful in the world, is approaching its 50th birthday! Ahead of this milestone anniversary in 2024, Borussia Dortmund is getting ready to digitally upgrade its home stadium for the future. Together with our partner APA Brands Events Solutions, we are launching a digitalisation offensive with more than 1,200m² of the most cutting-edge, high-quality LED technology.

The north facade will be equipped with three LED video screens. With new digital technology, we will also expand the possibilities for our sponsors in the media centre and the mixed zone. In the VIP area West Entrance, six walls have already been fully equipped. The modernisation of the video walls will be visible to every one of the 81,365 spectators in attendance at the stadium.

Thanks to state-of-the-art technology, our guests in the stadium and our partners will benefit from the digitalisation offensive, which will be realised in a completely sustainable and energy-saving manner. With the help of APA, BVB is emerging as the digital pioneer in the Bundesliga; the latest LED perimeter technology was already installed in the upper tier of the stadium in 2018.
