The final game of Matchday 4 sees Borussia Dortmund travel to Eintracht Frankfurt on Sunday (kick-off: 1730 CET). Last year´s encounter in Frankfurt was one of most action-packed games of the season, and so it´s not really surprising that Sunday´s match will be played in front of a 51,500 sell-out crowd. That tie ended in a 3-3 draw, and for Jürgen Klopp it still feels "more like we had lost rather than earned point."

In last season´s match, Borussia let a 2-0 and 3-2 lead slip out of their hands. Or to be more accurate: Frankfurt never gave up and were rewarded for an impressive, battling display with a point. Looking back at the game, Klopp admitted that "Eintracht really played a fantastic game."

Of course, a year later the cards have been reshuffled. But still, there are some similarities to the game from 25 September 2012. "We are up against a huge amount of excitement," said Klopp, referring to the euphoria in Frankfurt after their return to European football. "But we go there to get a result that will give us points," said the Dortmund coach, using the plural form here. With a win on Sunday, Borussia would equal their record of four wins from the first four games of a season set in 2001.

But, of course, there are still 90 minutes to be played. "I expect a very intense game," said Klopp, who warned his players about Frankfurt´s quality from set pieces and their great individual skills. "We will to need to work hard for every advantage."

Kopfballduell: Meier gegen Leitner

The fact that Eintracht had a Europa League play-off match on Thursday will not hand BVB an automatic advantage. However, that game against Qarabagh gave Borussia an opportunity to take another look on them - by scouts watching the game in the stadium, and by Jürgen Klopp "watching the game on TV with a great deal of interest."

There is no new injury news for BVB. Gündogan and Piszczek are still ruled out with injury, while Langerak, Reus and Durm, who all missed the midweek friendly in Dinslaken, are available for selection again. What the starting line-up will be on Sunday is open to speculation. Sokratis, Bender and Aubameyang may - but don´t have to - return to the team...
