Borussia Dortmund will be without Kevin Grosskreutz for the next six weeks. The versatile player, who featured at full back against FC Augsburg, suffered a torn thigh muscle in Wednesday’s game.

The club’s medical department is expecting Grosskreutz to be out for about six weeks, with the Champions League second leg against Juventus on 18 March a possible return target date.

Lukasz Piszczek, who sat out the Augsburg match after still reporting some discomfort in training, seems to be doing much better, according to Jürgen Klopp. If the Pole is able to return to training on Friday, he will be in line to return to the squad for the match against Freiburg.
