| | | Kagawa suffers suspected broken metatarsal | | | | [26.01.] The Japanese Football Association has informed Borussia Dortmund´s sporting director Michael Zorc on Wednesday afternoon that Shinji Kagawa picked up an injury and had to be substituted in the Asian Cup semi-final against South Korea (Japan won 3-0 on penalties) on Tuesday. Kagawa suffered a suspected fractured metatarsal in his right foot. | | | Borussia Dortmund immediately got in touch with Shinji Kagawa. The midfielder will return to Dortmund as soon as possible where team doctor Markus Braun will perform a scan to discover the seriousness of the injury.
