On Sunday, 21 November 2021, the members of Ballspielverein Borussia 09 e.V. will meet for the Annual General Meeting in Hall 3 of the Westfalenhallen Dortmund. The event starts at 11:00 CET. The "3G rule" applies (tested, vaccinated, recovered from Covid-19). We have put together all the important information about admission and attendance of the AGM for you here.

Doors open at 09:30 CET and due to the larger space available, visitors can enter via the north entrance ("Messe-Forum"), directly accessible via the pedestrian bridge via the B1 (Lindemannstraße).

The "3G rule" applies. Members who are fully vaccinated or have recovered from Covid-19 or members who can produce negative proof will be allowed into the Annual General Meeting. The test may be a PCR test taken a maximumof 48 hours before the AGM or a rapid antigen test taken no more than 24 hours before the AGM (self-tests will not be accepted).

There is a test centre at the Westfalenhallen itself, which opens at 09:00 CET on the day of the event. However, there is limited capacity, so it is advisable to register online in advance!

Please have the following ready at the entrance:

  • Personal ID
  • Proof of negative Covid-19 test
  • Membership card*

*You will then need your membership card behind the entrance when signing in for the AGM.

Visitors must wear a mask (medical mask or FFP2 mask) in and even in front of the entrance area, as well as in all thoroughfares of the Westfalenhallen. While in your seat, you will not be required to wear a mask.

The invitation to the Annual General Meeting with all agenda items has been sent to all the members of the club in issue 187 (October 2021) of the "Borussia" members' magazine.
