Borussia Dortmund offers a broad range of services in the Signal Iduna Park to all supporters with disabilities, and in doing so makes a large contribution towards social inclusion in Dortmund. For our guests with a disability, there are not only technical aids available in several areas adapted for the diasbled. There is also a special service offered by our many voluntary workers, the “Volunteers”.

For wheelchair users, there are 72 places available in the East and West Stands (Ost- und Westtribüne) in blocks 3 & 6. You can find further information on ticket orders, parking spaces, entrances and other important information here.

For the visual impaired, there are 20 seats available in block 5 in the East Stand (Osttribüne), and a further 20 seats for persons accompanying them. The headphones for the audio commentary will be distributed by the Volunteers in the block and collected by them again at the end of the match. For the heraring impaired, there are 25 seats available in block 34 in the West Stand (Westtribüne). A sign language interpreter will communicate any important information. You can find further information on ticket orders, parking spaces, entrances and other important information here.
