Each customer shall receive a maximum of two match tickets for big games; up to four match tickets can be ordered for all other games. In addition, a big game surcharge of 20% will be imposed for the matches against Werder Bremen, Borussia Monchengladbach, Bayern Munich, Schalke 04 and two other currently undetermined home matches in the second half of the Bundesliga season, as well as the Champions League home game against Real Madrid. However, no big match surcharge shall be imposed for away standing tickets.
