"A different calibre, a very good team" will be awaiting Lucien Favre's BVB side in the top match of Round 6 on Saturday evening. The Swiss tactician spoke about opponents Bayer Leverkusen with great respect – but kept his cards close to his chest.

The outstanding performance delivered on Wednesday by a team brimming with young players will provide the coach with several alternatives for the match on Saturday evening (18:30 CET) at the BayArena, where Borussia Dortmund have only tasted defeat on one occasion in the past 11 seasons.

The club managed by Heiko Herrlich, who still lives in Dortmund, kicked off their campaign with some less-than-ideal results but have since bounced back by winning their last three matches in Razgrad, against Mainz and in Dusseldorf.

"We obviously know that Bayer Leverkusen have a great deal of quality and, individually, are one of the best teams in the league. It'll be a different game – but we want to win there too," said Michael Zorc. (br)
