Borussia Dortmund face Fortuna Düsseldorf in their last home game of the 2018/19 season on Saturday. Here we bring you the facts on a sold-out match at Signal Iduna Park.

The scenario: Second-placed Borussia Dortmund take on 14th-placed Fortuna Düsseldorf, who have 41 points from 32 games. That represents their best tally in 28 years (43 points in 1990/91).

Home/away: BVB have the most home wins in the division (13) and have scored at least one goal in each of their last 24 fixtures at Signal Iduna Park. In their 16 home games this term, they have scored at least twice on each occasion. Their last such scoring run came more than six years ago. Düsseldorf have only lost seven of their 16 away games this term (W4 D5) and currently rank higher in the away table (11th place) than they do in the home table (12th place).

Personnel matters: Diallo and Sancho are doubts for Dortmund, who will be without the suspended duo of Reus and Wolf and the injured Hakimi. Düsseldorf will be without Contento and Zimmer.

Head-to-head record: Borussia have only lost two of their past 15 meetings with Fortuna, including the reverse fixture in December 2018 (2-1). BVB are unbeaten in seven home games against Düsseldorf (W5 D2) and have never failed to score against them at home. That means there's never been a 0-0 draw between the teams at the Strobelallee.

Statistics: Only Bayern Munich have been ahead in more games this season (28) than Borussia Dortmund (26), who have won 21 games this term. Only FCB have more victories to their name (23). Only Leverkusen have drawn fewer games than Düsseldorf (five). Fortuna have given away more penalties (7) than any other team in the league. Düsseldorf have scored at least once in each of their last seven Bundesliga matches. The last time they went on a longer goalscoring run in the Bundesliga was at the start of the 1995/96 campaign.

Biggest home win: On Matchday 25 of the 1983/84 season, braces from Michael Zorc and Bernd Klotz and goals from Jürgen Wegmann and Marcel Raducanu fired BVB to a 6-0 victory in front of 20,000 spectators.

Attendance: Signal Iduna Park will be sold out with 81,365 fans set to attend. There will be 8,000 Düsseldorf fans.

Referee: The appointment has not yet been announced.
