Borussia Dortmund will be playing in the UEFA Champions League again next season. A combination of their own victory in Düsseldorf and Borussia Mönchengladbach's defeat at the hands of Bayern Munich this evening means that BVB can no longer be ousted from the top four in the Bundesliga in the remaining three rounds of fixtures.

The Black & Yellows, who currently occupy second spot in the table, now boast a 10-point lead over places four and five – with only nine points still up for grabs.

That means Borussia Dortmund will continue their run of playing in Europe every year since 2010, and feature in the UEFA Champions League for the sixth year in a row. (br)
