The advance sale for the home game against SpVgg Greuther Fürth begins on Friday 10 December at 10:00 CET for all season ticket holders. Up to six tickets can be purchased. If tickets are still available afterwards, all club members will also be able to purchase up to six tickets for the game from 17:00 CET on Friday.

Tickets that are purchased via the online shop will still be delivered as Print@Home tickets and must be presented in printed form upon entry. Only seated tickets will be available. Seating in SIGNAL IDUNA PARK will follow a four-seat chequered pattern. The 15,000 seats will be spread across the lower tiers and the northern upper tier.

Since the game against Bayern München (4 December), the 2G rule now applies in all public areas of SIGNAL IDUNA PARK, which is applicable to all visitors to the stands. The 2G rule also applies in the (inside) VIP and hospitality areas.

BVB cancelled the activation of the seated season tickets that was planned for the game against Bayern due to the capacity restrictions - in keeping with the new seating arrangement in the stadium. Because of this, the first instalment of the season ticket payment was naturally not charged, and the plastic card was also not activated.
