He will be supported on the sidelines by Markus Schüller and Philipp Hüwe, with Pascal Müller the video assistant. Badstübner has previously refereed BVB's games in Hoffenheim (3-1 in September 2023), at home to Bremen (2-3, August 2022) and Freiburg (5-1, January 2022), in Gladbach (2-1, April 2024) and in Stuttgart (1-5, September 2024).

The match can be watched live on TV via Sky. The pre-match coverage will start at 14:00 CEST. Britta Hofmann (picture) will present the programme with Dietmar Hamann on punditry duty.
