Silke Seidel
Silke Seidel, born in 1962 in Dortmund, is the Managing Director of Dortmund Logistik GmbH, Hohenbuschei GmbH & Co. KG, and Westfalentor 1 GmbH, as well as the Head of DSW21 Immobilien.
Seidel has been closely connected to Borussia Dortmund for many years, bringing extensive experience in committee work. She currently serves as the Chairwoman of the Supervisory Board of the partnership limited by shares (Kommanditgesellschaft auf Aktien) and as a member of the Audit Committee, which was established during the 2021/2022 financial year. From 2022 to 2025, she has also held the position of Vice President of the club, supporting Dr. Reinhold Lunow. In November of 2025 she was elected Treasurer.
In the past, Seidel was responsible for the planning and construction of the BVB training centre in Hohenbuschei, the youth academy, and the sports office in the Brackel district. She also played a key role in the renovation of the club museum, BORUSSEUM.
Due to her professional background, Seidel is constantly engaged in economic evaluations. At BVB, she complements the financial side with an additional perspective. "Our club," says Seidel, "is an important part of the social fabric of the city and has an impact far beyond Dortmund. We must continuously strive to emphasise this sense of community that we live here, remain grounded, and always question whether our decisions align with who we are as BVB."
